​Lake Pointe Subdivision now offers online payments!  Simply click the 'Pay Now' button below.  A $5 transaction fee will be applied and is reflected in the amount.  Dues must be paid by November 1 of each year to avoid late fees.

• Please use a payment method that has the same billing address as the property address you are paying dues for.

• If you are unable to use a payment method that has the same billing address, after paying please send an email to lake-pointe-home-owners-association@googlegroups.com with your name, date paid, billing address from the transaction, and Lake Pointe address to ensure the dues are applied to the correct property.
